Your Mission

As a Data Scientist, you'll develop and refine NLP models and GenAI solutions that extract actionable insights from billions of consumer data points.

You'll work on core AI capabilities—including sentiment analysis, emotion detection, and LLM-based applications—that power our brand equity measurement and product innovation platforms.

This isn't just research or experimentation. You'll build production-quality models, collaborate with engineering teams to deploy your solutions at scale, and ensure your work delivers accurate, actionable insights for Fortune 500 clients. Your models will directly inform multi-million-dollar marketing and product development decisions.

What You'll Work With

• Core Stack: Python, SQL

• AI/ML: Sentiment analysis, emotion detection, LLMs, GenAI, prompt engineering

• NLP Libraries: Modern frameworks (Hugging Face, transformers, Spacy, NLTK, LangChain, LLM APIs)

• Cloud & Data: Azure ecosystem, Databricks, large-scale datasets

• Products: Brand Equity Pulse (brand measurement), Innov8 (product development innovation)

• Collaboration: Work closely with senior data scientists, data engineers, and AI engineers

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years solving real business problems through data science and machine learning, with NLP focus

• Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative degree

• Python proficiency with experience in ML/NLP libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, transformers)

• Strong understanding of NLP techniques: sentiment analysis, emotion detection, classification, topic modeling

• Experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering

• Ability to build, evaluate, and refine models that deliver accurate insights

• Track record of models that informed business decisions or were deployed in production

• SQL skills for data extraction and analysis

• Collaborative mindset: ability to work with engineering teams to productionize models

• Understanding of multi-language text processing (a genuine advantage in global markets)

• Experience with PySpark or Azure cloud platforms (a plus)
