Ruby on Rails Developer

At KraftCode, we’re building smart, cloudbased software for the real estate market. Our next project? A scalable CRM platform used by professionals across multiple countries. We're now looking for experienced Ruby on Rails Developers to help us shape and expand its future.

💼 What You’ll Work On:

• Development of an innovative, cloud-native CRM for the real estate market

• Integrations with major external platforms (import/export of property data across markets)

• End-to-end feature delivery – from idea to implementation and cloud deployment

• Active participation in architecture and tech stack discussions

• Working in agile teams, using pair programming and iterative development

🧰 What You’ll Need to Succeed:

✅ At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (degree optional)

✅ Strong Ruby and Ruby on Rails experience – no compromises here

✅ Comfortable working with REST & GraphQL (and understanding the difference)

✅ Confident with PostgreSQL – practical SQL knowledge, understanding of indexes, joins, etc.

✅ Good grasp of Vue.js, or React/Angular – you're willing to write Vue and adjust existing components

✅ Basic working knowledge of Elasticsearch

✅ Willingness to build features that matter and take real ownership

✅ Fluent English communication
