Database Engineer (SQL/.NET)

At KraftCode, we believe in flexibility, independence, and delivering high-quality solutions. We're expanding our team and looking for a Database Engineer to help us boost the performance of our systems and work closely with developers on database efficiency.

What You’ll Need:

✅ Solid experience with SQL Server, SQL, and T-SQL

✅ Strong analytical and communication skills

✅ Familiarity with .NET/C#

✅ Ability to work independently and take initiative

✅ Experience in SQL code optimization, both in-database and from the application layer

✅ Understanding of how to analyze and reverse-engineer existing SQL code

✅ Willingness to collaborate closely with developers on database tuning and performance improvements

Nice to Have:

💡 Knowledge of CosmosDB, MongoDB, or Azure Table Storage

💡 Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, or Debezium

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Optimize SQL queries at both database and .NET application levels

🤝 Collaborate with developers to improve data access and performance

🛠 Provide technical support for database-related challenges

🔍 Analyze and interpret data structures and application behavior
