Job title description

We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team of programmers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers in Kraków and Warsaw. Our daily work revolves around developing secure, innovative, and user-friendly solutions that seamlessly integrate specialized business expertise with modern technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Test Design and Implementation: Actively participate in the design and implementation of modern business applications for both internal and external clients, ensuring that software solutions meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
• Test Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test scenarios to effectively evaluate software functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Automation Testing: Implement and maintain automation tests based on Playwright and API tests, continuously improving test scripts to enhance efficiency and test coverage using .
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with your team to identify and resolve software defects before they impact end-user satisfaction.

Requirements

• English Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English language skills (minimum B2 level) are required as you will be working in an international environment and communicating with both your team and clients in English.
• Testing Experience: 3+ years of experience in testing web-based business applications, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking skills to identify and resolve software defects effectively.
• Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic approach to work, consistently demonstrating a "can-do" attitude.
• Technical Expertise: Practical programming knowledge that can be applied for testing automation, basic experience with performance and security testing.
• Learning Agility: A receptive and open mindset, eager to embrace modern technologies and continuously expand your knowledge base.

Additional assets:

• Experience with Azure DevOps/JIRA and Visual Studio.
• Experience using version control systems e.g., Git.
• Knowledge of API automation and any modern E2E browser automation testing tool (Cypress / Playwright etc.)​.
