Role description
As an IT Business Analyst/IT Project Coordinator, you will be pivotal in overseeing the lifecycle of a specific product, with a focus on Travel Tracker (Calendar), Posted Worker Directive (PWD), Remote Work Agreements (RWA), and Trip Import. You will be instrumental from the initial stages of gathering requirements to the final stages of deployment and user training. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage a product’s evolution, enhancing its value and impact.

Ensure effective communication and alignment of project plans with all stakeholders, facilitating smooth interactions between business users and technical teams
Gather, analyze, and manage business requirements, translating them into detailed implementation specifications
Actively manage and refine the backlog, plan sprints, and oversee development stages in an Agile environment
Work closely with Development and Quality Assurance teams to uphold the quality of delivered software
Assist integration teams during client onboarding and conduct user training sessions to demonstrate software functionality
Coordinate enhancements and support for Calendar, PWD, RWA, and Trip Import functionalities
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or IT Project Manager, with a proven track record in Agile environments and familiarity with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution
Proficiency in using Azure DevOps or similar platforms; experience with project management frameworks such as Kanban and Scrum is highly desirable.
Analytical thinking, positive energy, proactivity, „I can do” attitude
Additional assets:
Experience with JSON and other data interchange formats
Continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to developing personal and professional skills
Technical background in software development or related fields
Experience working in Travel Tracking Tools, PWD, RWA, and Trip Imports modules
