Korn Ferry are looking for a Senior AWS Engineer to work on an exciting product - with a well-funded, AI Start-Up in the Reg-Tech space. You will need to craft intuitive, accessible, and elegant experiences across our platform. You'll simplify complex workflows, lead design strategy, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver user-centered solutions at scale.

Join us to shape and scale our AWS cloud platform. As a Senior AWS Engineer, you’ll lead the design and automation of a secure, production-grade environment, enabling fast, safe, and scalable deployments.

Your Mission

• Lead our migration to a robust, SOC 2-ready cloud platform

• Champion zero-trust security and best-in-class cloud practices

• Build developer-friendly, self-service infrastructure with automation at its core

• SOC 2 certified and enterprise-ready

• Fully automated environments with zero-downtime deployments

• Developers can deploy multiple times a day—confidently

What You Bring

• 8+ years hands-on AWS experience (multi-cloud exposure is a plus)

• Deep skills in Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and DevOps toolchains

• Strong cybersecurity and cloud compliance knowledge

• Passion for automation, simplicity, and enabling developer speed

• Growth mindset and a drive to continuously improve

• AWS certifications are a bonus

• Backend: Nest.js, Python (FastAPI), LangChain

• Infrastructure: AWS ECS, PostgreSQL, Kafka (migrating from RabbitMQ)

• IaC & CI/CD: Terraform, GitHub-based pipelines

• Testing: Pact, Jest, Cypress, Pytest (AI testing included)
