Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

• As a IT Project Manager, you're going to lead development where the main task is to get the team to deliver what is required, within time, cost and quality, and where you use your skills to make this happen. You will lead strong technical employees with great commitment and willingness to achieve the goals. We have a portfolio that covers a wide range of technologies, everything from real-time control to digital solutions - a new and exciting challenge is always waiting around the next corner.

• Will you take on the challenge of leading projects, creating advanced technical solutions for everything from autonomous ships, environmentally friendly canal transports, digital offshore applications, fish farms to renewable offshore wind? Are you curios about new technology, products and people – and a dedicated project manager with the drive and force to get the job done?

Our requirements:

• Higher education in the relevant field

• Experience in project management for software development projects

• Experience from other roles within software / system development

• Experience with development tools such as Azure DevOps (TFS) or equivalent

• Experience with different development methodologies

• Good communication skills verbally and in writing in English and Polish

• Last but not least: We expect you to be able to work from the office full-time for the first few months!

• Communicate in a clear, precise and structured way and lift the people around you. 

• Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities 

• Act on own initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results 

• Build a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives 

• Adhere to company rules and procedures and execute plans with commitment and determination   

• Make a meaningful impact and be an ambassador for systems engineering
