IT Project Manager

As a IT Project Manager, you're going to lead development where the main task is to get the team to deliver what is required, within time, cost and quality, and where you use your skills to make this happen. You will lead strong technical employees with great commitment and willingness to achieve the goals. We have a portfolio that covers a wide range of technologies, everything from real-time control to digital solutions - a new and exciting challenge is always waiting around the next corner.

⚓Qualifications and experience:

1. Higher education in the relevant field
2. Experience in project management for software development projects
3. Experience from other roles within software / system development
4. Experience with development tools such as Azure DevOps (TFS) or equivalent
5. Experience with different development methodologies
6. Good communication skills verbally and in writing in English and Polish
7. Last but not least: We expect you to be able to work from the office full-time for the first few months!

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
