About the Role

We are seeking a technically strong Security Architect who is deeply involved in implementation and real-world problem solving across connected products, IoT, and operational environments. This position is focused on building secure systems that function reliably in production, with particular emphasis on networking, device connectivity, and container-based deployments.

This role is hands-on by design. While you will influence technical direction and guide architectural choices, the expectation is that you actively contribute to designs, validations, and security decisions rather than managing teams or processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will help define how connected devices and services are securely introduced, operated, and maintained within complex ecosystems. This includes designing secure communication paths, enforcing separation between device groups and environments, and ensuring that networking and access mechanisms remain robust as systems scale. You will work closely with engineering teams across firmware, infrastructure, cloud, and product to ensure security is embedded throughout the lifecycle of connected solutions.

A significant part of your work will involve securing containerized workloads. You will support environments using Docker and related technologies, focusing on isolation, secure networking between services, and runtime protections suitable for production systems.

• Designing and validating security architectures for products and IoT systems operating in live environments, with a strong focus on network design, access control, and secure device communication.

• Defining how devices are identified, authenticated, segmented, and monitored across their operational lifespan.

• Participating directly in reviews, threat analysis, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring that security measures are practical and aligned with how systems are actually used.

• Not only setting policy in isolation, working alongside engineers to translate security expectations into deployable solutions.

• Continuously refining security approaches based on operational feedback, evolving threats, and system constraints.

 What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with solid, hands-on experience in networking and security within production environments. You should be comfortable working with network segmentation concepts, access control mechanisms, and secure communication patterns. Experience with containerized systems and their security considerations is important, as is exposure to IoT or OT environments where devices interact with larger platforms.

You should be confident engaging with both technical teams and decision-makers, using your practical networking knowledge to build credibility and alignment across the organization.
