About the Role

Kolomolo is seeking an AI Strategy Consultant to support the definition, alignment, and execution of enterprise AI initiatives. The role focuses on bridging business strategy and AI capabilities, ensuring that AI programs deliver measurable business value while operating within robust governance, risk, and operating models.

The consultant will work closely with senior stakeholders across business, IT, data, and legal functions, supporting AI transformation initiatives from ideation through value realization.

What You’ll Be Doing

AI Strategy & Business Alignment

• Define and refine AI strategies aligned with our customer's business objectives and transformation roadmap

• Translate business challenges into AI-enabled opportunities and actionable initiatives

• Support prioritization of AI use cases based on value, feasibility, and risk

Program & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and coordinate AI-related initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and leadership teams

• Facilitate alignment between business units, IT, data, and governance bodies

AI Governance, Risk & Operating Models

• Contribute to the design and implementation of AI governance frameworks

• Address AI-related risks including compliance, ethics, data privacy, and operational readiness

• Define operating models for sustainable and scalable AI adoption

Business Case Development & Value Realization

• Develop business cases for AI initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and value tracking

• Support definition of KPIs and mechanisms to measure realized business value

• Ensure AI initiatives remain outcome-focused and aligned with strategic goals

Workshop Facilitation & Enablement

• Plan and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders

• Communicate complex AI concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical audiences

• Support organizational understanding and readiness for AI-driven change

Languages & Communication

• Fluent in English and Swedish (business and technical communication)

• Strong ability to explain complex AI topics to non-technical stakeholders

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, IT, data, legal)

Transformation Experience

• Prior involvement in digital and/or AI transformation programs

• Experience engaging with senior management and C-level stakeholders
