We’re Looking for a Product Owner – AI & Data Team

Kodiak Hub is searching for a Product Owner – AI & Data Team to bridge the gap between Product, Tech, and Commercial teams. This is a role where you will work closely with our Users, Data Engineers and Scientists to shape data-driven features and solutions.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Owner – Data, you’ll take ownership of:

• Stakeholder Needs: Capturing, mapping, and analyzing user and stakeholder needs, with a focus on data and analytics.

• Story Creation: Translating complex user flows based on tangible value and technical requirements into actionable Jira stories and use cases.

• Roadmap Prioritization: Driving the development of AI, big data, and machine learning features within Kodiak Hub’s Product Roadmap.

• Collaboration: Partnering closely with Users, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Developers to build and refine technical solutions.

• Process and Documentation: Maintaining proper documentation, following established processes, and continuously improving them to support development and stakeholder alignment.

• Agile Execution: Advocating for and facilitating agile Scrum methodologies to enable efficient development cycles.

• Customer Communication: Engaging with customers to understand technical data-specific needs and ensure their success.

• Product Materials: Creating impactful communication tools that showcase data-driven feature benefits.

What We’re Looking For

We believe you’ll excel in this role if you have:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS company, particularly with AI & data-focused features.

• Hands-on knowledge of AI, machine learning, or data analytics tools (big plus!).

• Familiarity with Procurement, SRM, or supply chain management (nice to have).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a big-picture mindset.

• A structured approach to tasks and exceptional time management abilities.

• Energy, ambition, and a knack for building strong relationships across teams.

• Fluency in professional English (German is a bonus).
