QA Engineer - manual and automated testing

Responsibilities:

• Drive the quality topics within the Scrum Team

• Test planning, design and execution of manual and automated (E2E, API) test cases for both new and existing features

• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring fast feedback and continuous validation.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to testing processes, methodologies, and tools

• Work closely with developers and product owners during all Scrum ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)

• Promote shift-left testing mindset by participating in early design and architecture discussions

• Contribute to quality metrics and release readiness assessments

• Advocate for best QA practices, standards, and documentation

You could be the perfect match for us if you have:

• 3+ years of overall software testing experience

• Hands-on experience with manual functional testing of web applications

• 1+ years in test automation - with emphasis on frontend / e2e tests (e.g. Cypress)

• Experience with API test automation

• Experience with test frameworks and working with CI/CD ecosystems (preferably Azure DevOps)

• Solid skills in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., JavaScript / TypeScript, Python)

• Familiarity with Scrum or other Agile methodologies

• Clear communication skills, critical thinking, and strong attention to detail

• Experience in JIRA or similar software 

• Team Player personality

• Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written

It's a bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of SQL

• Experience in testing SRM or CRM systems

• Performance testing experience
