Role & Responsibilities:

Execute Manual Tests: Perform functional, regression, and integration testing based on provided test plans, and document test results.

Identify and Report Bugs: Accurately log and track software defects using bug tracking tools, collaborating with developers, product owners, customer success and designers to resolve issues.

Develop and Maintain Test Cases: Create and update test cases and scripts based on software requirements and participate in test planning activities.

Quality Assurance: Assist in improving software quality through continuous testing, feedback, and process improvement efforts.
Job Requirements

Basic Testing Knowledge: Familiarity with software testing principles, methodologies, and life cycle.

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for clear bug reporting and teamwork.

Attention to Details: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in identifying bugs and edge cases.

Eagerness to Learn: Enthusiasm for learning new testing tools, techniques, and contributing to team success.

Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with developers, product owners and other team members to understand requirements and ensure proper testing coverage.

Education: Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Completion of QA/testing courses will be taken into account as well.

ISTQB Certification (or similar): A certification in software testing principles is an advantage.

QA/Testing Experience: Any hands-on experience in software testing (internships, projects, or freelance work).

Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripting (e.g. Cypress).

Familiarity with Tools: Basic knowledge of tools like JIRA for bug tracking, and Postman for API testing.

Power BI: Familiarity with the tool is an advantage.
