UX/UI designer (part-time/freelance)

Are you looking for flexible freelance work on interesting and diverse IT projects? We’re currently looking for a part-time UX/UI Designer (freelance) to support our team in several ongoing and upcoming projects. We develop web and mobile applications and need a creative, self-driven designer who can jump in and help as needed. 

The collaboration is planned to start in September/October 2025. We estimate an engagement of a dozen to several dozen hours per month, depending on the number and scope of active projects — up to a half-time workload. You will work remotely, with flexibility in terms of working hours. 

Details of the collaboration will be discussed during the first stage of the recruitment process. 😊

Who we’re looking for:

• At least 2+ years of experience in digital product design (UX/UI)

• Strong skills in Figma (components, prototyping, reusability) and FigJam or other whiteboard tools

• Familiarity with Adobe CC tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus)

• Ability to design aesthetically pleasing and functional solutions

• Experience working in agile teams (iterative, sprint-based design)

• Ability to design responsive interfaces (desktop, tablet, mobile)

• Ability to collaborate with PMs, developers, and QA team

• Self-motivation and a proactive attitude (we value your ideas!)

• Experience using AI-powered design tools and workflows (e.g. generative interfaces, content suggestion, user research automation) to enhance and accelerate the UX/UI design process

• Good command of English – at least B2/C1 (spoken & written)

Nice to have:

• Experience in UI animation (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)

• Experience in creating visual identity (logo, brand book)

• Ability to create interactive prototypes and presenting ideas to clients
