AR/AP Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Head of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) to lead our global billing and collections operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SMB billing, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage a distributed team operating on a 24/5 basis.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead and oversee global AP and AR functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all markets.

·       Manage and mentor a multicultural, cross-time-zone team across multiple regions.

·       Drive operational excellence through strong use of metrics, KPIs, and process improvements.

·       Oversee billing, collections, and disbursements for SMB clients.

·       Maintain and optimize accounting processes in NetSuite, ensuring system accuracy and efficiency.

·       Partner with finance leadership to support cash flow forecasting, reconciliations, and monthly-end close activities.

·       Champion best practices in internal controls, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

·       8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable leadership, ideally within a global or multi-entity environment.

·       Demonstrated success managing teams across time zones.

·       Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.

·       Highly metrics-driven with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and process improvement.

·       Comfortable working across global time zones with a distributed workforce.
