C# Developer

Purpose of Role:

The purpose of this role is to deliver technical capability and direction for platform and application infrastructure that supports strategic initiatives.

Carry out design, development, testing, documentation, code review and analysis of various software applications and technical specifications, complying with established methodologies. Creatively enhance existing product lines with new capabilities and features.

Focus on product enhancements and solutions for complex problems and perform important role in the integration of developed software utilizing user interfaces and data. Engineer sophisticated new solutions for large-scale go-to-market system offerings, encompassing Keyloop’s entire product line.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and implementation of reliable, high performing and usable applications under the leadership of more senior team members

· Creation of detailed design documentation and diagrams

· Diligent unit testing and debugging application components as necessary

· Displaying initiative in research, proposal and development of tools, technologies and techniques

· Collaborating and communicating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team

· Analysis of business needs and development of technical solutions

· Applying foresight to look beyond immediate requirements for future extensibility

· Participating in design and code reviews as necessary

· Supporting clients’ evolving needs through ongoing product enhancements and application extension

· Other tasks and duties as assigned by management

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

· 1-2 years’ in .NET (C#) and ASP.NET Core experience

· Understanding of SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, composition over inheritance

· Experience in REST API design principles, capable of developing a dedicated API according to proposed specification

· Some experience with automated testing frameworks, such as: xUnit, nUnit, Moq, nSubstitute

· Experience in modern version control - Git

· Fluent English

Those will be a plus:

· Some exposure to modern JS frameworks, preferably React

· Experience in cloud environments (preferably AWS)

· Understanding of DDD concepts

· Some experience with event-based solutions (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
