VB.NET Support Engineer with Spanish | Remote (EU)

We are looking for a VB.NET Support Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract. This is a remote role within Europe, starting in March. If you have strong VB.NET and MS SQL skills and are fluent in Spanish (B2+), we want to hear from you!

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ VB.NET

✔ MS SQL

✔ Spanish language proficiency (B2 level or higher)

✔ Strong English communication skills

🎯 Roles and Responsibilities:

🔹 Provide L2 and L3 support for incidents, service requests, and enhancements

🔹 Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for technical issues

🔹 Work with technologies including VB.NET, SQL Server, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, Web API

🔹 Quickly understand application knowledge and transition from current team members

🔹 Manage customer interactions, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently

🔹 Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for software upgrades

🔹 Identify operational improvements and suggest enhancements

🔹 Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools

🔹 Assist in testing activities by creating test data and executing test cases
