As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll lead the design process from research to implementation, ensuring our solutions are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business objectives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to mentor other designers, shaping the future of our digital products.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct UX research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research analysis.
• Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and user flows.
• Translate insights into actionable design blueprints, project scopes, and roadmaps.
• Create information architecture, UX wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes.
• Design intuitive and visually engaging web-responsive portals.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to implement designs.
• Apply analytics and data visualization principles to create effective reporting tools and dashboards.
• Mentor and manage junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex system solutions, ideally in retail or supply chain.
• Expertise in user research, prototyping, and crafting user-centric designs.
• Strong understanding of analytics and data visualization.
• Ability to quickly prototype ideas and create both low- and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and guiding product development.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor other designers.
