SRE Mid/Senior

We're looking for a proactive Mid-Level SRE to join a global client project focused on supporting large-scale enterprise applications. This role is ideal for someone experienced in application support, system monitoring, and backend infrastructure.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Solid experience in Production Support and Incident Management
• Strong background in Java (application-level support)
• Proficient in Unix/Linux environments and SQL
• Understanding of JVM, memory management, and application behavior
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging in production systems
• Familiarity with ITSM tools/processes (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset

We are looking for an experienced** SENIOR SRE to support and maintain production environments for enterprise-level applications. This position involves Level 3 support, on-call rotation, and hands-on troubleshooting in a highly dynamic, cloud-integrated ecosystem.

• Strong background in SRE / L3 Production Support
• Tools: Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Kafka, Cassandra
• Scripting: Python and/or Bash
• Systems: Unix/Linux/Ubuntu/Windows
• Databases: Oracle, MySQL
• Java stack: Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SOAP/REST APIs
• Excellent debugging, monitoring, and communication skills
