Job Description: Solutions Architect (O365 & D365)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Contract Type: Long-Term Contract

Day Rate: 1200-1400 PLN

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with a proven track record in designing and implementing innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with O365 and D365, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet our clients' evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for O365 and D365 solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement complex architectures, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to O365 and D365 implementations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on O365 and D365.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of O365 and D365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Dynamics 365 Sales, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Azure & Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Fluency in English and Polish.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, O365, or D365.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Hybrid working (1-2 day per week onsite requirement)
