Senior OutSystems Developer

We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Out Systems Developer to support digital transformation initiatives for a global leader in the sportswear and retail industry. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable web applications using the Out Systems low-code platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business solutions.

This position offers a hybrid work model, with two in-office days per week in our Warsaw location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using the Out Systems platform
• Translate complex business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and stakeholders to drive solution design
• Optimize application performance and ensure best practices in development
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with speed and accuracy

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience as an OutSystems Developer
• OutSystems certification (Web Associate or higher) is strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio and platform architecture
• Solid understanding of solution design, performance tuning, and modular development
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX best practices
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and enterprise systems
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in a low-code environment
• Familiarity with retail or consumer-focused application development
