Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with a strong background in Java development to join our dynamic team in Brussels. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices while leveraging technical expertise to support development teams in building high-quality solutions.

This role requires on-site presence for four days a week and is open to European nationals only.

• European nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
• Strong background in Java development (minimum 5 years).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is highly desirable.
• Experience working with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
