Are you interested in spearheading and supporting transformation programs for our clients? Have you run S/4 transformation programs in a leading role for a particular stream? Are you keen to bring benefits in terms of revised and redefined processes to our clients? Join us to make an impact within our SAP group for SAP S/4 Sales & Distribution implementations.


Our clients are multinational companies, who are at the beginning of their S/4 transformation journey and who are seeking for advice. Together with you as the spearhead for a functional area, we define with our clients the right transformation strategy, roadmap, and guardrails. During the template definition you ensure the value realisation and guide our clients. We are offering end-to-end delivery to our clients, to ensure that our process designs will be deployed and prove their benefits.



Brief Summary of the role:

We are looking for an SAP Sales & Distribution professional who is keen on delivering sales solutions (often associated with an S/4 transformation) to our clients in an international environment. You will work with our clients in the template design phase to capture the requirements, guide and lead your team, which will consist of consultants both onshore and offshore. During the design phase you will ensure that the design items do meet the expectations of the client and will bring the expected benefits. After the successful design and sign-off you will ensure successful delivery including go-live. On some projects, an international industrialized rollout where you will play the role of guardian for the design template might follow.

 

Required Skills/Experience: 


·      Experience in SAP S/4 SD implementations as stream lead or solution architect. This also includes the full E2E knowledge about sales processes (pricing, rebate agreements, configurable materials, advanced ATP, Logistics Execution, batch determination, condition techniques, quotation management, service management, sales, and service contracts) usually bundled with SalesForce components

·      Process knowledge about integrations into different sales and marketing related solutions (e.g. SalesForce Marketing, SalesForce Sales Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud)

·      Process knowledge about customer experience integrations like eCommerce, Loyalty solutions, Tax solutions (e.g. Vertex) and Dynamic Pricing (e.g. Vistex)

·      Proven track record on process optimizations for the sales processes in conjunction with a transformation program

·      Knowledge about reporting and capabilities of SAP Analytics cloud and Sales Reporting would be a plus

·      Profound knowledge in efficient sales operations, customer collaborations, integration into MDG in customer onboarding

·      Techno-functional knowledge to create specifications for data exchange (IDOC), Output Management (Adobe Forms, BRF+), SAPUI5 and BTP enhancements

·      Good understanding of delivery methodologies (waterfall, hybrid, agile)

·      Experience in working with a global team and leading and guiding offshore colleagues

·      Good process knowledge in manufacturing industry or consumer goods industry

·      Can-do attitude

·      You are confident to discuss with the client different options and process variations and provide guidance

·      Knowledge in Signavio would be a plus

·      You have good analytical skills, a good ability to summarize different options and to provide guidance

·      Proficiency to talk to our clients on various levels (C-Levels, Business Process Owners)

·      Stakeholder management in complex environments

·      Autonomy, team spirit, the ability to listen and adapt, curiosity and a sense of service are all essential in this position

·      English fluency is mandatory
