SAP Lead Consultants Remote in Europe

Kevin Edward Consultancy is currently hiring experienced Lead SAP Consultants for exciting project opportunities in Europe, supporting global clients. We are looking for professionals with strong SAP expertise and fluent German language skills to lead delivery across key modules and transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery (design, implementation, testing, go-live)
• Serve as the primary liaison between German-speaking clients and delivery teams
• Provide strategic input and solution architecture across your SAP module (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, or others)
• Manage stakeholder engagement, change management, and training
• Ensure quality, timelines, and compliance throughout project lifecycles

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead SAP Consultant (5+ years preferred)
• Expertise in at least one core SAP module (e.g., S/4HANA, FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, HCM)
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
• Experience with international SAP projects (Europe/DACH region a plus)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Eligible to work in Poland (EU citizenship or valid work permit)
