We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team for a minimum of 3 months. The consultant will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) module, ensuring that the solution meets business needs and integrates smoothly with other SAP modules.
As part of the project, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the HR and payroll systems, focusing on end-to-end HCM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS) according to business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions in SAP HCM that align with organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP HCM modules, with a focus on DRC (Dynamic Role Configuration) and integration with SAP ECC.
- Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP HCM solutions.
- Provide functional support and training to end-users.
- Maintain documentation for all configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Conduct testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Ensure that the solution complies with data protection regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with SAP HCM (Human Capital Management), including modules such as PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management.
- Strong knowledge of DRC (Dynamic Role Configuration) and its integration within SAP HCM.
- Expertise in SAP ECC (Enterprise Core Component) and its integration with HCM.
- Experience in SAP HCM implementation and/or support projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HCM solutions.
- Certification in SAP HCM modules or relevant areas.
