SAP Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy SAP Business Analyst to support strategic projects within the IT Infrastructure and Cloud landscape. The ideal candidate is based in Poland, operates on a B2B basis, and brings expertise in business process analysis, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Project Coordination: Support the execution and tracking of various project topics within the IT infrastructure and Cloud transformation domain.

• Project Overview Management: Maintain up-to-date project overviews using SAP Cloud ALM.

• Reporting & Analytics: Generate comprehensive reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (no development skills required) to visualize project health from infrastructure to application levels.

• Meeting Facilitation: Organize and moderate project meetings and sprint planning sessions, take clear minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Ticket Management: Track and monitor project-related tickets, ensuring requirement clarity and visibility of interdependencies.

• Quality Assurance: Perform plausibility checks and ensure qualitative and complete documentation in tickets related to cloud infrastructure integration.

• Documentation Management: Create and maintain glossaries, templates, and other key documentation required for transparency and continuity.

• Risk & Progress Analysis: Assist in evaluating project progress and highlighting potential risks or blockers.

• Stakeholder Communication: Support the creation of strategic reports and presentations that communicate progress and project impact to management and key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Solid experience in IT project coordination, ideally within cloud or infrastructure programs.

• Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Basic understanding of cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, and service management principles.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); Polish language is a plus.

• Experience in moderating meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring follow-up.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
