SAP Business Analyst – IT Infrastructure

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks across IT infrastructure and cloud-related projects
• Maintain and update project overviews in SAP Cloud ALM
• Create end-to-end reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (no dev skills required)
• Facilitate sprint planning, moderate meetings, take minutes, and support stakeholder engagement
• Manage tickets and ensure quality of requirement documentation
• Ensure effective IT integration in cloud infrastructure-related tickets
• Maintain project documentation and business glossaries
• Support progress evaluations and risk analysis
• Assist in preparing strategic presentations and management-level reports

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in project coordination or project management
• Familiarity with ITIL, CMDB, Cloud Architecture, and Asset Management
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess project risks and progress
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud concepts
• Documentation and reporting proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
