QA Engineer with Blockchain

We are seeking a Mid-Level QA Engineer with a strong foundation in manual and automated testing, combined with real-world experience in blockchain .

In this role, you’ll ensure the quality, functionality, and security of decentralized applications and smart contracts by working closely with developers, product managers, and blockchain engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans (manual and automated) for Web3 applications
• Test smart contracts and blockchain transactions across different networks (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.)
• Perform API, functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
• Create and maintain automated test suites using modern frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Validate front-end and back-end components across Web3 stacks
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team and contribute to quality strategy and process improvement
• Log, track, and report bugs in a structured way using tools like JIRA or similar
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to release readiness

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional QA experience in software projects
• 2+ years of experience testing blockchain-based products or smart contracts
• Solid knowledge of test automation (JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python preferred)
• Hands-on experience with blockchain tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry
• Strong API testing skills (REST, GraphQL) using Postman or equivalent
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
