PHP Developer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join the team of one of our prestigious clients—a global leader in customer data science serving top retail brands. In this fully remote role, you’ll be working on modern web applications that support high-scale data-driven solutions used worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and data science teams
• Integrate external APIs and ensure seamless system communication
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and performance
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, automated tests, and clear documentation
• Support deployments in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with the DevOps team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a PHP Developer
• Strong knowledge of PHP (OOP) and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with GCP and DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring)
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control practices
• English communication skills sufficient for working in an international team and reading technical documentation

Nice to Have:

• Experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of TypeScript, or frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js
