We are seeking a proactive and skilled .NET Full Stack Support Engineer with fluency in Polish and English to provide L1 and L2 application support, assist in resolving technical issues, and ensure a seamless experience for business users. The ideal candidate will quickly ramp up on existing applications, effectively manage incidents and service requests, and possess excellent technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Communicate fluently in Polish and English with business users and stakeholders.
- Rapidly gain application knowledge and transition effectively from existing team members.
- Provide L1 and L2 support for incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for technical issues and implement remediation plans.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve .NET full stack application issues.
- Interact with clients and end-users to manage expectations and deliver timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to meet business needs.
- Handle ticket triage and manage third-party software upgrade coordination.
- Identify and suggest operational improvements to support lead or regional tower lead.
- Maintain and support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
- Assist in QA activities, including test data creation and test execution.
