Salary: €600-€700 per day

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Program Manager with a strong background in government projects to join our team in Brussels on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT programs, managing complex stakeholders, and navigating government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive IT program plans, aligning with organizational goals and government strategies
• Manage multiple IT projects within the program, ensuring coordinated delivery and resource allocation
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges
• Monitor program progress and report on key metrics to executive leadership
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as an IT Program Manager in a government or public sector environment
• Strong understanding of IT program management methodologies and frameworks
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects with complex stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in building relationships with government officials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
• Fluency in French and Dutch
