ICT Project Officer/Lead

We are looking for a dedicated ICT Project Officer/Lead to join our client in The Hague. The ICT Project Officer will manage the day-to-day organisation of multiple, concurrent small and medium-sized projects, both business and ICT/technical projects. The ICT Project Officer is responsible for the whole project lifecycle, and for ensuring the proper planning, management, and implementation of the required activities for the project completion.

ICT Project Leader Overview

As an ICT Project Leader, you'll manage small to medium-sized projects and act as the main stakeholder contact. Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting Project Initiation Documents and Business Cases.
• Overseeing the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, market analysis, solution comparison, testing, and reporting.
• Maintaining project documentation (objectives, deadlines, budgets, risks).
• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and scope.
• Reviewing technical solutions, business and technical requirements, and user guides.
• Preparing and reviewing test cases, overseeing user acceptance testing.
• Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and guidelines.
