We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Genesys Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Genesys technology and experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex contact center solutions.


Role & Responsibilities:


Genesys Cloud Development:

·        Design and develop advanced call flows, chat flows, and other routing applications on the Genesys Cloud platform.

·        Integrate Genesys Cloud with various voice and digital channels, including traditional telephony, SMS, email, and web chat.

·        Configure and customize Genesys Cloud to meet specific business requirements.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys Cloud applications.


Migration and Upgrade:

·        Lead the migration of existing Genesys on-premise solutions to Genesys Cloud.

·        Assess and migrate existing call flows, IVRs, and other configurations to the cloud platform.

·        Optimize performance and scalability of migrated solutions.


Agile Development:

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment.

·        Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

·        Deliver high-quality code on time and within budget.


Technical Expertise:

·        Strong proficiency in Genesys Cloud Architect and other development tools.

·        In-depth knowledge of Genesys Workforce Management and call recording solutions.

·        Experience with voice integrations and telecommunications protocols (SIP, TDM, etc.).

·        Understanding of contact centre technologies and industry best practices.


Required Skills:

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·        5+ years of experience in Genesys development and administration.

·        Proven track record of successful Genesys Cloud implementations.

·        Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Desired Qualifications:

·        Genesys Cloud Certification

·        Experience with other contact centre technologies (NICE, Verint)

·        Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)

·        Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure)


Working Environment:

·      Workplace type: Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite requirement)

·      Client location: Warsaw, Poland
