Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer.

• Work with data providers to source and manage the data needed for Corporate Treasury operations.
• Design and create logical data models to accurately represent financial assets and transactions.
• Define and enforce data quality control and governance standards.
• Implement data quality controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of critical financial data.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Python and/or a compiled language (C, C++, Java).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience optimizing complex queries and large datasets.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database systems (experience with Snowflake or MongoDB preferred).
• Hands-on experience with data quality control and governance processes.
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple stakeholders, and work effectively in a global team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking to both technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with financial markets and financial assets is a strong plus.
• Experience with tools for troubleshooting and performance optimization of SQL queries is advantageous.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies is beneficial.
