D365 Functional Consultant

Join us as a D365 Functional Consultant to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 across 30 countries for Global and Commercial Banking. You'll analyse business needs, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document business requirements.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Use Microsoft ALM tools (VSTS, PowerApps) for project support.
• Conduct testing and provide training to ensure smooth adoption.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft ALM stack and VSTS/TFS.
• Experience with business process analysis and re-engineering.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certification preferred.
