Ai Engineer

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our innovative team in Kraków, working in a hybrid setup. You’ll develop cutting-edge AI solutions focused on Generative AI, content extraction, computer vision, and autonomous systems. Your work will directly impact the way we process and understand both visual and textual data across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for content search and extraction using Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs).

• Build and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured sources (PDFs, text files, scanned documents).

• Develop and optimize computer vision models for object detection, classification, and image understanding.

• Integrate and fine-tune open-source OCR frameworks (e.g., Tesseract, EasyOCR) for document processing.

• Develop AI agents capable of decision-making and autonomous task execution.

• Leverage machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to build conventional ML solutions.

• Collaborate with MLOps engineers to ensure CI/CD, containerization, and deployment best practices (using MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker).

• Optionally contribute to AI-powered web applications using modern frontend/back-end technologies.

• Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Generative AI applications, especially for search and extraction tasks.

• Strong knowledge of computer vision, including object detection and image processing.

• Experience working with structured and unstructured data (JSON, XML, scanned docs, free text).

• Familiarity with AI agents and autonomous systems.

• Hands-on experience with open-source OCR tools (Tesseract, EasyOCR).

• Proficiency in standard machine learning techniques and libraries.

• Working knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or foundation models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Llama).

• Familiarity with NLP techniques for document understanding.

• Basic web development skills (React, Flask, FastAPI, or similar).

• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams in a product-oriented environment.
