We’re looking for a Senior Java Developer to help drive the architecture and development of cutting-edge payment solutions used at a global scale. 🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-scale, high-performance Java/Spring applications

• Lead development within an agile team, mentor junior/mid engineers, and manage story decomposition

• Influence software design standards, architecture decisions, and best practices

• Work on distributed systems, including real-time data processing with Apache Kafka

• Own DevOps processes: CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, Docker, Kubernetes

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, DevOps, QA, and UX teams

• Build secure, scalable APIs following API-first design principles

• Focus on system performance, code quality, and reusable architecture

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of commercial experience with Java & Spring

• Strong experience with microservices architecture, HTTP/gRPC/CQRS patterns

• Proven background in Apache Kafka integration for real-time data handling

• Hands-on DevOps exposure: CI/CD in cloud environments, Docker, Kubernetes, Unix/Linux

• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, multithreading, performance tuning

• Experience with Git workflows (Git Flow / GitHub Flow) and build tools (Maven/Gradle)

• Understanding of SQL & distributed databases, consistency models

• Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and refactoring practices

• Experience leading Agile/Scrum-based teams

• Exposure to front-end stacks like Angular or React

• Experience working in FinTech, Payments, or Real-Time Transaction Systems

• Familiarity with security and API authorization patterns

• Knowledge of C++, C#, or similar backend languages
