What you will need to succeed in this role

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a data analyst or business intelligence developer
• Knowledge of at least one major business intelligence tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Plotly Dash
• Proficiency in SQL and being comfortable writing complex queries to extract and analyze data
• Strong Python skills for data analysis, including experience with libraries like pandas, numpy, and data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of analytics concepts and methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand the business stakeholders needs and translate technical concepts into plain language
• Ability to create effective data visualizations that make complex information easy to understand
• Proficiency in English.

It would be nice if you also have

• Experience with dbt or other tools for data transformation and modeling
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices
• Previous experience working with marketing or sales departments, understanding their specific data needs and challenges
