Project

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer with expertise in API testing to join our team in the Customer Liquidity Management domain. In this role, you will contribute to the modernization of UI solutions within a financial project. Your primary responsibility will be developing and maintaining an automated test framework for APIs in the Midrange layer, ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our product as we embark on a journey of modernization and growth, with much more ahead.

 

What you'll be doing...

• Develop and maintain an automated test framework for APIs in the Midrange layer
• Collaborate with the team to modernize UI solutions within a financial project
• Ensure the quality and reliability of our solutions through automated testing
• Perform API testing and validation to ensure functionality, performance, and security
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle
• Provide detailed reports on testing progress and results
• Utilize test management and issue tracking tools

 

Expected competencies and knowledge

• +5 years experience in test automation
  
• Programming skills in Java
• Proficient in REST API testing
• Familiar with Spring Boot and Spring Framework
• Experienced in backend testing tools like Postman, Rest Assured
• Knowledge of Cucumber, Gherkin, Maven 
• Experience with Jenkins (jobs configuration, test builds, runs)
• Familiar with Jira
• Experienced with reporting tools (e.g., Report Portal)
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Performance Test Automation experience
• Familiarity with qTest
