Salary: 800- 1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź
60% working from the office (40% in the Tricity area until September)

Project

As a Project Manager, you will join a strategic Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiative within the financial sector, supporting end-to-end delivery, governance activities, executive stakeholder management, and collaboration between Business and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution of key initiatives

• Act as a deputy to the Lead Project Manager, providing day-to-day project coordination and oversight

• Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate effective collaboration across Business and DevOps teams

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and support mitigation activities while ensuring adherence to governance requirements

• Assist in the preparation of senior management reports and decision-making materials

• Support change management initiatives and drive clear, effective project communication

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven Project Management experience within large-scale IT and/or Banking environments

• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

• Exposure to Privileged Management initiatives or projects

• Hands-on experience with Jira

• Knowledge of CyberArk

• Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentation materials

• Structured, delivery-focused and execution-oriented mindset
