Project

---

You will be responsible for developing and proposing a test automation solution for the MDP D&I program, focusing on Data Quality controls and technical enhancements. Collaborated with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, conducted feasibility studies, and implemented automation solutions. Selected appropriate testing methods and libraries (e.g., Python data structures, Pandas) for efficient data comparison, reviewed and approved technical solutions from the test automation team while maintaining the MDP Test Automation architecture, code repository, and structured automation suites.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing processes, with 5+ years in test automation for Database, DW, and ET frameworks
• Expertise in ETL/Data Warehousing/Data Migration Testing and SQL Joins
• Hands-on experience with the Hadoop Ecosystem (e.g., HIVE and HDFS)
• Proficiency in Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)
• Expertise in Test Automation frameworks, preferably Robot Framework
• Strong skills in Python scripting
• Familiarity with Git and proficiency in using Git commands
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with IT and Business stakeholders
