Salary: 900–1050 PLN/day on B2B
Work model: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on Software Asset Lifecycle Management. The main goal is to set up and maintain a Technology Register for the bank, including governance models, processes, and sustainable workflows.
Responsibilities you'll have
• Design, implement, and maintain the Technology Register covering software and hardware assets.
• Define and implement governance models and work instructions to ensure sustainable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with application owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to align processes and compliance.
• Support reporting and monitoring of software usage, licensing, and lifecycle.
• Ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of asset management processes.
• Work with internal teams to integrate software lifecycle management processes with broader IT and business functions.
Expected competences and knowledge
• Senior-level experience in Software Asset Lifecycle Management.
• Strong knowledge of software and hardware technologies, IT architecture, software processes, and governance.
• Excellent social skills – able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, teams, and application owners.
• Can-do attitude and self-driven work ethic.
• Strong experience in reporting with PowerBI, Excel, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of tools like MEGA Hopex, FlexeraOne, FlexNetManager Suite or Flexera Data Platform is a plus.
• English at a professional level in both oral and written communication.
