Project

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer who is passionate about modern software development and AI-assisted engineering. You will work on backend solutions while actively leveraging AI tools and helping shape the way AI is used across the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities you'll have 

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java

• Use AI tools such as Codex and Claude as part of the daily development process

• Contribute to establishing and improving AI-assisted development practices

• Support the adoption of AI-driven workflows across engineering teams

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and analysts to improve productivity and software delivery processes

• Identify opportunities to automate work using AI tools, workflows, and MCP servers

• Share knowledge and best practices related to AI-assisted software development

Expected competences and knowledge

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience

• Fluent work with AI tools such as Codex and Claude

• Experience in setting up AI-assisted development processes

• Ability to explain how MCP servers can automate work

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent learning ability and curiosity about emerging technologies

• Good communication and collaboration skills
