The SuccessFactors & Integrations Team is searching for an IT Analyst to support one of the functional areas in the team with regards to one of the strategic projects. We are looking for a SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking specialist with hands-on experience. This is in order to strengthen the work around designing, testing, and then maintaining and building the solutions within that functional scope.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking as an admin or consultant for at least 1-2 years.
• Designed, built, tested, and implemented solutions within the above-mentioned SuccessFactors solutions for time management area.
• Having a consulting background and valid SAP SuccessFactors certificate would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Having strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure fruitful cooperation with stakeholders.
• Being a good listener and transforming business requirements into digital solutions.
• Willing to improve and question existing solutions; not afraid of new challenges.
• Eager to work in a cross-country and cross-functional environment.
• Self-learner willing to become an HR IT Analyst.
• Tech-savvy person able to solve technical challenges on your own (and you can tell us about them).
• Not afraid to work alone on complex tasks requiring different skills.
• Positive can-do attitude, willing to tackle challenges and take new tasks.
