Full-stack Developer (Java, Angular/React)

Salary: 1100-1450 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on the modernization and development of solutions within the Cards Domain. The project aims to build and maintain scalable microservices-based applications, integrate existing systems with the target platform, and support the transition from legacy solutions through translation and routing mechanisms. As a Full-stack Developer, you will work on both frontend and backend components, contributing to event-driven and distributed architectures while ensuring high performance, reliability, and seamless integration with multiple internal systems and services.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Designing and developing a full-stack application

• Integration between existing applications and Cards target platform for Cards Domain

• Translation/routing mechanisms from old to new systems

• Developing microservices with Angular, REST APIs, Kafka/MQ/Oracle DB integration

• Ensuring the best possible quality and responsiveness of the applications

• Cooperation with internal/external stakeholders to implement the best possible solutions
  

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 2 years of front-end experience

• Minimum 5 years of Java Software Development experience

• Practical knowledge of event sourcing architecture patterns, microservices architecture, clean code and continuous integration

• Experience in building distributed, highly scalable and high throughput applications

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Angular/React, Spring Framework, Docker, Kubernetes, REST, Kafka, MQ and SQL

• Experience with integrations towards RESTful and SOAP/OSB services

• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Argo CD

• Understanding of data standards such as XML, JSON and Avro

• Experience with Kafka streaming platform and schema registry concepts

• Experience with version control tools such as Git

• English at B1+/B2 level

• Agile/Scrum methodology experience

• Familiarity with Oracle DB integration
