Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer who is passionate about test automation, performance testing and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in shaping test strategy and quality standards for client-facing solutions, working closely with developers, testers and product teams from early design through to release.

Responsibilities: 

• Design, implement and maintain end-to-end (E2E) regression tests using Playwright (TypeScript)

• Collaborate with manual testers and developers to identify, triage and manage defects

• Monitor, maintain and improve test pipelines in Azure DevOps

• Develop, execute and maintain performance test scripts using k6 (JavaScript)

• Generate and analyze test reports to support feature sign-off ahead of code releases

• Actively participate in refinement of user stories, working with the wider delivery team to ensure testability and clear acceptance criteria

• Use GitHub and Jira to manage code, track work and support transparent collaboration within the team

Here's what you'll need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Test Automation Engineer or similar role

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript for E2E test automation

• Experience with performance testing, ideally using k6

• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure DevOps

• Experience working with Git-based repositories (GitHub)

• Familiarity with Jira for defect and task management

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, client-facing teams

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills in English
