Your impact:

We are seeking a Software Developer for AI Products to join our Digital & Data Hub, focusing on developing AI solutions within the Palantir ecosystem. If you have experience in data pipelines and a background in engineering, we want to hear from you! 

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct the process of analyzing, estimating, modeling, testing, and deploying assigned requirements 
• Work with clients (internal and external) to understand business requirements 
• Develop robust applications and efficient code
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models using LLMs with minimal supervision
• Develop and maintain complex data pipelines independently
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application quality and performance issues
• Implement comprehensive testing and QA procedures to ensure functionality prior to delivery
• Actively collaborate with sprint team members and management to drive project goals
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and other problems, providing detailed status reports to the management team
• Debug, monitor, and troubleshoot solutions, recommending and implementing optimizations
• Create and maintain thorough documentation of technical specifications

Here's what you'll need:

• 2-5 years of experience in software development 
• Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science 
• Advanced proficiency in Python 
• Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) 
• Practical experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, or LLM tuning techniques 
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, especially MS Azure
• Fluent English language skills with excellent communication abilities 
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle 
• Ability to cooperate with other developers 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently 
• Quick learner and self-motivated 

Nice to have: 

• Proficiency in React 
• Experience with Palantir’s Foundry 
• Experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and/or Data Science 
• Experience integrating systems through APIs or other techniques
