About the Role

As a Trading Engineer, you will fine-tune our trading systems, minimize latency, and collaborate with risk and data teams to refine execution strategies. You will work with cutting-edge trading technologies, develop innovative solutions that drive efficiency and profitability, and collaborate closely with risk, liquidity, and development teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

🚀Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure MT5 Server, FIX API, and Liquidity Aggregation;
• Optimise A-Book / B-Book / Hybrid models for risk and client profiles;
• Adjust slippage, spreads, and trade delays to enhance execution;
• Detect and mitigate arbitrage, HFT, and toxic flow;
• Troubleshoot MT5 Server, Liquidity Bridges, and FIX API;
• Analyse trade execution data and liquidity provider reports;
• Improve execution performance and spread behaviour.

🎯KPIs & Requirements

• Reduce slippage, order rejection, and execution delays by 30%;
• Enhance risk models to prevent arbitrage and HFT abuse;
• Minimise MT5 Bridge & FIX API failures;
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
• 3+ years in trading system development;
• Expertise in MT5, FIX API, Liquidity Bridges, Python, C++, or Java;
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
