Technical Program Manager

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Technical Program Manager and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the igaming area.

You can expect to:

• Manage day-to-day delivery and technical coordination across 20–26 domains, running daily stand-ups and resolving cross-domain issues.
  

• Work with domain project managers and IT teams to collect estimations, track dependencies, and coordinate infrastructure and release dates.
  

• Actively map and manage complex dependencies to ensure nothing falls between the gaps of isolated teams.
  

• Handshake with the Business Readiness Project Manager to support UATs, define process flows, and ensure successful business adoption of technical releases.
  

Requirements

• Matrix Delivery Management at Scale: Proven ability to coordinate and drive delivery across 20+ different product and technical teams simultaneously.
  

• Proactive Dependency Management: Exceptional skill in spotting gaps between isolated teams and identifying uncommunicated risks or dependencies.
  

• Transformation & Business Change Experience: Background in building new processes and merging teams, not just running standard Business As Usual (BAU) programs.
  

• Hands-on Delivery Focus: Willingness to run daily stand-ups and resolve cross-domain issues rather than just defining high-level roadmaps.
  

• Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to seamlessly connect technical engineers with business-facing teams.
