Senior DevOps Engineer (On-prem)

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Senior DevOps Engineer and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from igaming area.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment Automation: Build a "push-button" deployment pipeline for Kafka.  

• High Availability (HA) Architecture: Design and implement a zero-single-point-of-failure cluster.  

• Disaster Recovery (DR) & Business Continuity: Create and test robust BCP strategies. 

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Advanced Kafka Administration: HA configuration, security (TLS/ACLs), and performance tuning.

• Deployment Engineering: Full automation of Kafka clusters (Bare-VM or Kubernetes).

• BCP & DR Planning: Designing backup/restore and failover strategies for event streams.

• Linux Internals: Deep understanding of Disk I/O, Page Cache, and Network buffers.

• Monitoring & Alerting: Building health-checks and dashboards for Kafka resilience.

• Fluent communication in English (B2+)
